I visit this daycare years ago and it was ok. I visit again for my grandson, I was really surprised with the change, the new administration renew and expand the whole building and the stuff was really knowledgeable and professional.

These reviews can’t be real. They literally have no cameras in the facility. My son came home with a scratch on his neck and when we asked him what happened he informed us that his teacher hit him. I filed a police report and there was an investigation, which went nowhere because of the camera situation. After the incident, the owner and the director asked me to have a meeting with them. Where are they dismissed my son’s concerns and blamed it on his imagination. When we asked him what happened to his neck? He told us his teacher did it without any hesitation that is not imagination. This was the worst decision I’ve ever made. And to know that my son was hurt by someone that they claimed had 11 years of experience makes me sick. To add injury to insult there was zero accountability.

Response from the owner:Respectfully we disagree with your opinion. You send 2 investigations and both conclude that there wasn't any case to investigate, that it was unfunded. Because there was any wrong doing in our part and all our clients can testify to the happy environment that they have in our center. The investigation turned towards your home at this moment.
Your child was very happy during those 5 days that he came to the center, even after the scratch incident happen. We wish him nothing more than a healthy environment and happiness.
We politely ask you to retthrive your review, cause it's sincerely unfunded and malicious.

Mis hijos acaban de empezar pero la verdad desde el comienzo asta orita me eh sentido cómoda a dejar a mis hijo el amor que les brinden me hacen sentir segura mi hijo el más grande asta pide ir ala guardería y mi hijo pequeño está feliz en su salón en el baby room la verdad recomiendo todas las maestras son muy amables y atentas con los niños y lo que también me gusta que les hablan en los dos idiomas y así ellos pueden aprender más.

It has been a good experience over all. I am confident that I am leaving my children in a safe environment, my daughter lights up every morning when she sees Mrs Luz. The teachers do a great job with age appropriate activities and connecting with the children in their classes. Marisol has done an amazing job at bettering the daycare for the benefit of the children.

Buscando daycares me encontré con smart kids, me agrado la atención y la comunicación con la que me atendieron, el lugar es adecuado para el desarrollo y aprendizaje de los niños. Las maestras se encargan de mantener limpio e higiénico todo para los infantes, toddlers.
Me agrada la manera en la que te mantienen al tanto con respecto al bebé. Ademas que les ponen actividades recreativas. Les dan lunch y snacks. Mantienen igual una rutina para que no sientan mucho el cambio, me agrada la manera tan amena y calida que son todo el personal del centro. Puedo decir que me quedo satisfecha con el cuidado y atención que se les da a nuestros hijos

I bring my daughter here and she loved the teachers, I am happy to know I am dropping off my child in a place where she is safe and being cared for. I can easily work with teachers to provide the best education and growth for my child.they send me pictures through the day and messages regarding what my daughter eats and how she does with the bathroom.

With 10+ years of experience, I began at Smart Kids working under Jill Davidson, a former Director at our West Jordan location. After a few years, I was able to start working as Director in our Redwood location. I have gained so much experience in childcare throughout the years and was able to pass my NAC test with the help of my peers. I currently live in West Jordan, I am a mother of 5, A grandma of 1 and you can either catch me riding a motorcycle with my husband during the day or doing lots of shopping on my time outside of work.
